The Spiritual Hierarchy has asked us to gather in St. Paul because there is a possibility for the Mississippi River to overflow its banks this Fall. We are being asked to gather to perform energy ceremonies to avoid this possibility. The flooding of the Mississippi would endanger the fault line that runs along the Mississippi causing it to possibly quake. They referenced this Bible verse in the channeling.

RECENT TRAVEL AND SPACE STATIONS

The Intergalactic Federation anchored a space station over Crestone, Colorado in May of 2014 while we were retreated there for the Wesak celebration. The space station gives the Federation easier access to assist Earth and Humanity. This station covers the area from California, Alaska, Mexico and over to Colorado. A group of us gathered in Lexington, Kentucky April 11-13, 2015 to assist them in placing one there that gives them access to everything from Nova Scotia to the islands off the coast of Florida.
During the first week of May this year, a group of Namaste supporters gathered here in Oklahoma City for the yearly Wesak celebration of the Buddha’s birthday and anniversary of enlightenment. We assisted in anchoring a space station over Oklahoma City which will allow the Federation ships access north to Canada and south and west to Texas. It is anticipated that in the future more of these stations will be necessary since Humans are still planning events that can corrupt the Earth which would deter the evolution of Humanity. The 47 member civilizations of the Federation have the highest good of Earth and Humanity in mind and are assisting in all ways allowed by spiritual law.
From June 14-June 28, 2015, I will be in Kauai for retreat to paint and assist the Spiritual Hierarchy to adjust the percentage of each of the 49 Rays of energy coming from the Source to assist the Earth and Humanity on the 21st of June. We will also be assisting the Federation to anchor a space station over Hawaii. I will be available there to do readings and activations for anyone in Hawaii at 405-824-5026.

I will be in Oklahoma City and available to do Oversoul to Oversoul readings, $160.00 for an hour recorded session, beginning again in August. Activations and initiations are available only when readings are done in person. LETTING GO AND MAKING ORDER

We have recently had a water leak at the Center which affected the library. I have always been very possessive about books and kept every one I’ve ever owned. Suddenly, with the lower bookshelf corrupted by water which caused mold in many of the books on that shelf, I felt like releasing half the books in the library. I was astonished by the feeling of being willing to release them. Then I walked into the writing area of the Center and again I had the feeling of being willing to release stacks and stacks of papers that have accumulated there through the years. This was also a strange feeling, because if you are like me, I had always felt that I might need to refer to that someday or I might want to write on that subject someday. I’m not sure if it was a sense that I now know the information in these books and papers, or that now I could look for it on the Internet if I needed the reference. What I do know is that it feels good to lighten my load. I highly recommend it. Last year when I began to integrate the next level of my composite soul, the level that came in was all about letting go of stuff; simplifying and decluttering. And I thought I had, but apparently there is always more that can be let go. I’ve always been organized. I’ve had to be to do all that I do, but this new part of me was rabid about order and letting go.

Forty-nine Rays Their Meanings and Uses

THE FORTY-NINE RAYS THEIR MEANINGS AND USES,

Author’s Note to Reader:  The truth is knowable not by its form, but by its essence.

This information is not presented as “the truth”.  This information is my personal opinion based on my experiences.  You, to determine your own truth, should discern ALL information energetically.  I offer this information for you to use at your own risk and satisfaction.

I first became aware of the Rays through exposure to the writing of Alice Bailey in 1987.  The Spiritual Hierarchy later asked me to channel Ray information for publication.  I created a file folder, at that time titled:  THE SPIRITUAL HIERARCHY AND THE RAYS.

I TOOK THIS FOLDER FROM THE SHELF RECENTLY, WHEN I KNEW I WAS GOING TO KAUAI TO WORK WITH THE HIERARCHY AND THE RAYS ONCE AGAIN. I REVIEWED THE MATERIAL I HAD COLLECTED THUS FAR.  DURING THE MOST RECENT WEEKS OF WORKING ON THIS WRITING, SHEETS OF PAPER, WHICH HAD NOT BEEN in the folder PREVIOUSLY, BEGAN TO APPEAR INSIDE THE FILE FOLDER, I KEEP THE LAPTOP COMPUTER AND FOLDER BESIDE MY BED, BECAUSE THE CHANNELING OFTEN HAPPENS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.  THE INFORMATION ON THE NEW PAGES, WHICH APPEARED IN THE FOLDER, WAS TYPEWRITTEN AND APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN PHOTOCOPIED.  THE INFORMATION WAS NOT COMPLETE, IN ITSELF, BUT WAS MORE CLUELIKE.  I HAVE FOLLOWED THESE CLUES TO PUT THIS INFORMATION TOGETHER IN A USABLE FORMAT.

 

The Rays of energy first enter Earth at Ke’e Beach, at the waterfall on the way to the Heaiu, in Kauai, Hawaii.  At the time of the Harmonic Convergence, August 15-17th, 1987, several groups of people were sent to Kauai to anchor five Rays of energy.  These Rays of energy are a gift to humanity from God and are in addition to the original seven Rays of energy given to Earth at the time of the great flood.  This addition brought the total number of Rays coming to Earth to twelve.  At that time I was asked to record a tape called GIFT OF THE TWELVE RAYS, a meditation to anchor the first twelve Rays into the Human body.

Each year on, August 17th, the anniversary of the Harmonic Convergence the energies coming to Earth are increased. In February 1992, two other women and I were asked by the Spiritual Hierarchy to go to Hawaii, to assist the Spiritual Hierarchy in anchoring Rays 13-27.

February 8-18th 1998, I traveled with a group of eleven people to Kauai.  We were invited to participate in anchoring additional Rays.  We were encouraged to go to Ke’e Beach the first day of our arrival.  Before we arrived at the waterfall, the energies flowing through us began to escalate. This increase of energy made the climb more strenuous for us, since it increased our heart rate. The next day we continued the adjustments and anchored Rays 28-35.  Two days later the group assisted in anchoring Rays 36-47.  The energies were more intense than what we were accustomed to individually.  We were extremely grateful we had so many bodies, through which to anchor the energies.  As each Ray was projected we were given a numeric quotient to concentrate upon.  An example would be “Ray 36 to .00496”.  I would then repeat what I was hearing and the group would concentrate on that figure until another piece of information presented itself in my mind.  The adjustments were exact.  On each previous occasion, when we had been asked to participate in adjusting or anchoring the Rays, no frequencies were given.  We had simply sat and allowed the required amount of energy necessary, to be anchored, to come through us. This kind of accuracy or participation had never previously been required of us.

June 17-24, 2000 I traveled with another group of eight people to Ke’e Beach, Kauai to assist the Hierarchy in anchoring Rays 48-49.  This brought the total number of Rays available on Earth, to seven sets of seven Rays of energy.  After the anchoring of Rays 48 and 49, adjustments, again in channeled, small fractional increments, were made to all of the previously anchored Rays of energy.

Once again, June 18, 2001, I was invited by the Hierarchy to take a group of five women and return to Ke’e Beach.  We were invited to participate in increasing the energy frequency percentage of each Ray coming to Earth.  The purpose of this increase is to speed up the evolution of humanity and the Earth.  At that time some of the Ray frequencies were increased to as much as 10.6390 and 12.756.  Never before in our experience of working with the Rays had the adjustments been increased by whole numbers, only by fractions.  These figures represent enormous increases of power, far beyond anything our human minds can imagine. We can expect tremendous repercussions on Earth, from this increase in spiritual energy.

Each year at the time of the Summer Solstice, June 21st, a group of us go to Kauai and work with the Spiritual Hierarchy to adjust the percentage of each Ray coming to Earth.

THE RAYS HISTORY AND EXPLANATION

The Rays are expressions of Aspects of the Creator God and are the Creators, builders, of all that exists.  They are responsible for the evolution of consciousness, as it exists in minerals, plants, animals, humans and soul consciousness.  Each particle of matter is destined to evolve through self-consciousness, then soul-consciousness toward God-consciousness.  Since humans have the capacity to be self-conscious we also contain the ability to ultimately attain Cosmic Consciousness or God-consciousness.  The forty-nine Rays of God consciousness emanate from the Creator God, The Absolute, The Most High.  The energies move through the consciousness of the individual Chohan’s of the Rays and are metered and administrated in volume before coming into Earth’s atmosphere to affect all consciousness of life on Earth.  The Rays reflect the qualities, characteristics and purpose of the Creator or Divine Will.  Through this method the Will of God, the Divine Plan and the evolution of life on Planet Earth is accomplished. This action is coordinated through manifestation, creation, and evolution.

Each Ray is coordinated by and through the consciousness of a Cosmic Being known as the Chohan or the Lord of the Ray.  Each person is born under the direct influence of a Ray, although during their lifetime all the Rays will influence them.

It is our understanding that the influence of the Rays on Earth is fairly recent by our time measurements.  Each of the Rays reaches the Earth and emanates a color.  Prior to the time of the Great Flood there was no color.  Earth would have appeared to human consciousness as black and white.  When God first began to send the Rays to Earth, to speed up human evolution, they would have been perceived as the first rainbow.

Earth was created as a school for Human, animal, plant and mineral evolution.  The two Planetary Lords written about in Biblical history were Jehovah and Yahweh.   These beings were what is known as lessor gods, planetary gods or Planetary Lords, which is a position within the Spiritual Hierarchy.  They are not to be confused with the Creator God of all Universes.  Jehovah’s reign moved humanity, through fear, into a more controlled form of behavior.

Yahweh’s reign, and the presence of Jesus’ coming to Earth, to fulfill the role of World Teacher, moved human consciousness toward civilization.  Humans were introduced to the God Aspects of repentance, forgiveness and love.  These are qualities of the Cosmic Christ Consciousness Ray, which was anchored on Earth through Jesus at the time of his baptism.

None of these Beings, the “Lords of Earth”, should be confused with the Creator God, but are all Aspects of the One Creator God of all Universes.

Shortly after the time of Jesus’ crucifixion Sanat Kumara, the masculine consciousness of Venus, agreed to come to Earth to serve the Hierarchy as Lord of Earth, to take over this role from Yahweh. Sanat Kumara’s counterpart in the consciousness of Venus is Lady Master Venus.  When Sanat Kumara agreed to come in to influence the evolution of Earth and humanity an etheric city of Light was built in the fifth dimension to house the portion of his consciousness that was being dedicated to Earth.  That city of light is called Shamballa and was anchored over the GobiDesert.  In May 2001 this city was moved etherically by the Hierarchy and anchored over Sedona, Arizona to house the consciousness of Lord Maitryea and Lord Gautama Buddha, the now joint Lords of Earth.  Their consciousness is intended to move Humanity into a new Age and a new consciousness:

 ONE PLANET

 ONE PURPOSE:

 PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE OF ALL LIFE.

The planet is moving from the Piscean Age into the Aquarian Age.   The Law of the Piscean Age was the Law of Karma, the Law of cause and effect, which was accumulative from one lifetime to the next.  The Laws of the Aquarian Age, Harmony, Grace, and Balance, promote compassion, love, beauty and acceptance of diversity.

Ray energies represent Aspects of God consciousness and emanate from the Heart of God.  The Rays come into our Universe through the reflection of what is called The Great Central Sun at the center of the Milky Way. Our Galactic Sun is held in position and moderated by two Beings known as Helios and Vesta.  The energies coming from the Great Central Sun, at the center of the Milky Way, reflect these energies toward and through our Galactic Sun.  As the Rays are anchored in and through the Earth, they are reflected into and through the Great Central Sun at the central core of the Earth, and therefore affect every particle of life in and on the Earth.  They flow in a pattern we recognize as the sign of infinity or the figure eight, through magnetic polarity between the two Great Central Suns and our Galactic Sun.

Each of our cells has the capacity to reflect these Rays of consciousness, as a prism of crystal refracts the Light of God, or what some would see as the Light of the Sun, into different colors.  Human anatomy, being crystalline based, has the ability to reflect and refract Light.  This Light can be controlled and transformed into awareness or consciousness through the brain/mind of a Human.

Humanity is becoming increasingly more color conscious.  Some are even beginning to understand the capacity of color to heal.  Once humans understand the Rays, and their corresponding color values, they will be able to use this method more effectively.

As more information is given and understood about the use of the Rays there will be an even faster growth in the awareness of human consciousness.  We have witnessed changes in colors used for decorating, the colors of automobiles, and the colors of clothing through the years.  As additional Rays of energy have been anchored on the Earth these colors began to be reflected and “created” in dyes and paints.  Objects appeared in the market place with these new energies, these new colors. The spectrum increased from the primary colors to pastels of the primary colors, Earth tones, then metallic colors, fluorescent colors, pearlescent colors and now opalescent colors.  Each spectrum is made up of seven Rays.

As the color spectrum has increased so has the energy in relationship to the number and quality of the energies being sent to Earth by the Creator God. Through the years more groups of Rays were offered to Earth and anchored intentionally by conscious humans cooperating with the Spiritual Hierarchy.  After each anchoring we have witnessed changes in art, decorating, and fashion, as these colors were made available in mediums to be used by artists to express these values.

The Earth and Humanity are moving from the Piscean Age, which was ruled by the Law of Karma, the Law cause and effect or “an eye for an eye”, into the Age of Aquarius.  The Laws of Harmony, Grace, and Balance rule the Aquarian Age.

We have witnessed positive changes in Humanity from slavery to freedom, from total spiritual intolerance to more tolerance, from gender inequality to closer equality.  We still have a long way to go to experience heaven on Earth and the thousand years of peace previously predicted.  The tools to get us there are the Rays and their use.  We have recently been given additional Rays with which to correct what we have miss-created through our thoughts, actions and ignorance.  These new Rays brought the total available Rays to humans and Earth to forty-nine.

Each Ray has been assigned a guardian.  The title of these guardians is Chohan. The Chohan of each Ray is responsible as guardian of the Cosmic Christ Consciousness of their Ray.

   SUGGESTED PRAYER FOR INVOKING THE RAYS

  “I ask that all energy work that is done in and through my body be in

alignment with the Divine Plan of the Creator for planet Earth, all

species of life on the Earth and beyond.

Through the power vested in me by the Cosmic Christ Consciousness,

 I deliberately call forth the (insert the Ray you desire to direct)

 to calm and transmute this situation.

So be it.”

Comets and Their Effect

COMETS AND THEIR EFFECT

At this stage of history the unfolding soul of Humanity is facing a major crisis which is global and especially involves our political, educational, religious and economic fields. One of the highest points of this crisis will be the Full Moon of Taurus, April 25, 2013. We are in the midst of major energy changes brought to us through the arrival of the Pan-STARRS comet into our Solar System. The next comet, Elenin, is due in our Solar System in December 2013.
Comets are called “dirty snowballs” by some astronomers. For esoteric students, they are fiery lives or messengers playing a great role in the framework of the whole existence. Comets have a center by which they are controlled. They are links or communication lines between Solar Systems and galaxies, and open a passage through which extra systemic energies or Rays may flow. Functioning under the Law of Evolution and the Law of Economy, they distribute and/or generate energy as they pass along their own particular routes through the various spheres.
People often think that comets are without influence. Actually, they deeply influence the psychology of people for good or for bad, depending on the level upon which the people are focused, or from which they react. The present comet may be purifying the Solar System and the sphere of our Earth, and to some extent, eliminating the great catastrophic effect that our physical and moral pollution is having on the Earth’s atmosphere.
Comets create friction in the atoms of the whole Solar System, releasing energy waves. As energy waves fall upon our Earth’s sphere, they bring great revelation and insight. Before a comet enters a Solar System it creates tremendous pressure on that Solar System as a whole. After passing through the ring or sphere of the System, it creates a great vacuum which becomes a field of chemical explosions and transmutation.
As a comet enters any organized sphere such as a Solar System, it creates an ever flowing process of stimulation, transmutation and atomic release. The energies produced are psychic, electrical and magnetic. They reach and affect the bodies of the planets and act on every form upon the planets, charging them with new energies. These energies create changes in the atoms and cells of all living things and may even affect the genes.
The pressure and resulting process of stimulation, transmutation and atomic release affect the mental, emotional and etheric nature of living beings causing:

1. Expansion of consciousness, upliftment, enlightenment and release.
2. Destruction of things which are not in line with cosmic prospect.
3. Revelations of new laws and elements through which new intentions (in-ten-sions) can be reached. IN-TENSIONS are the result of new energies being active in a given field of consciousness.

The comets burn and clean, to some degree, the spheres which are polluted by all formations resulting from wrong thinking, negative and separative emotions, and selfish and criminal drives and actions.
The whole energy system is in a process of adjustment. The comets themselves are not evil. They adjust and tune the Solar System through their new energy supply, pressure and purification. When planets are out of harmony with the sun, they become out of balance; comets serve to put the planets back on their axis and into proper orbit. It may also happen that comets take away moons or planets which are considered a great hindrance on the path of Solar or Cosmic evolution. They burn such obstructions in space through the process of intense friction.
The unfolding Human soul grows and reaches maturity through crises. Every crisis is an opportunity and a test. As awareness expands, life after life, the soul passes individual and global crises. Each time achievement is tested; new horizons are opened before the evolving soul.
War is a phenomenon of conflict between two series of man-atoms, differently polarized. This conflict is started and often stimulated by great comets which cause great friction within the sphere of the Solar System. Every form shares that friction and expresses it in various ways at that given moment.
What might we expect from this comet? Is it a messenger from space? Do we lack spiritual and intellectual fuel? Is the passing of this comet to replenish our supply and restore law and order? Are we in danger of atomic war? Is this comet the messenger of the Age of Aquarius?
The answers to these questions will be given by Humanity itself. The answers will depend upon the way in which Humanity reacts, the reaction of the Human mind, the way Humans live and express their emotions, the way they respond to their fellow Humans and the way they are functioning upon this Earth.
After the comet has completed its task, we will face a critical year. At the Wesak Full Moon of Taurus on April 25, 2013, the Spiritual Hierarchy will release the energy of the Will Center over Humanity. Will energy is fiery, highly dynamic and penetrative. Again, the effect of this energy will be conditioned by Humanity itself; Humanity—through its activities, emotional reactions and mental responses—will decide the effect of this energy. Some possible effects may be that:

1. It many annihilate the sense of separativeness on the mental plane if enough Humans of goodwill strive toward unity and stand for acceptance of diversity of all Humanity. Should this happen, we will see the bloom of the Human soul; unity and Human cooperation with all the political, religious and economic consequences, and Christ may appear.
2. If Humanity keeps its hatred and exploitative attitude, its greed and totalitarianism, it may create dramatic changes in our civilization through the “fire.” This does not mean that the Human race will be annihilated, but our evolution as a species will be delayed for thousands of years, until Humanity learns the lessons demonstrated and taught by the Master Jesus as the Christ.
3. If Humanity does not respond to the virtues of the Aquarian Age—simplicity, beauty, harmony, love and unity—if Humanity continues to live a selfish life, this energy will strike its physical, emotional and mental vehicles, creating many degenerative diseases for a long time to come.

With the appearance of these two comets in the same year we are entering into one of the major crises periods which may last a few days, a few years, or decades depending on Human consciousness. The effects are beginning now and effects will continue throughout the year. It is time for us as Humans to wake up to our place in the Universe and Solar System and to move into our higher potential as one species.
These energies are impersonal and their effects will be conditioned again by the various responses of all kingdoms of nature, especially by the repose of Humanity. If Humanity takes those steps which will make the form more responsive to the unfolding of spiritual values, if Humanity creates harmony between the above and below, then these energies will pave the way for great revelations, and the Seventh Ray energy together with the energy of Libra will inaugurate an Age of outstanding creative activity, beauty, harmony and love.
The Masters also mention that these comets will transfer energy to our Solar System, particularly from two great Beings which are called Aquarius and Libra. We also know that the equinoctial Sun is moving into the sign Aquarius for the next twenty-two centuries.
The energy of Aquarius reveals the inner urge to serve, to cooperate, to move toward synthesis, and to expand into group and universal awareness. It leads toward cooperation and closer communication.
All indications are that we have a unique opportunity to change this planet of sorrow and death into a planet of joy and liberation. Humans must choose between life and death. This great opportunity invites all of us, at this time, to do our utmost to bring in positive effects:

1. By daily meditating and focusing upon the concept of harmony, mastery, unity and synthesis.
2. By daily speaking, writing and thinking about the unification of Humanity, about peace, about non-possession, about the highest good for all Humanity.
3. By daily repeating the Great Invocation and blessing the United Nations and Humanity.
4. By meditating in groups for World peace and by keeping silence for one hour daily and one day each month.
