The Double Tree Hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle ride and is located 3 miles from Will Rogers World airport. The hotel offers complimentary hotel parking and also includes a free breakfast. It is located within walking distance of many great restaurant choices. Thirty rooms have been blocked for the Namaste Gathering at a group rate of $96.00/night for a room with a king bed and $119/night for a room with two queen beds (all rooms include a pullout sofa bed, microwave & refrigerator). The Namaste group rate is also offered for 3 nights before and 3 nights after the Gathering dates, so take advantage of extending your vacation! When you call to make your reservation, mention Namaste. Please inform the hotel staff if you have any special needs, diet restrictions, room location request, etc. Ryan Harris is a very welcoming hotel manager and will be very happy to assist you. The Namaste group rate will only be available until April 30, 2019, so please make your plans early and reserve a room before then.
